Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Indo Soul Harmony, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfying digital experience. We maintain a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy tailored to the nature of software services.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests will be accepted only if made within 7 days of placing the order, and before the subscription/service has been activated or accessed.
Once the subscription has been activated or access credentials have been issued, cancellation is not permitted.
Requests must be sent via email to our customer support team at customersupport@indosoulharmony.com along with your order reference and reason for cancellation.
Refunds
As we deal in digital services and non-tangible software subscriptions, refunds will not be issued once the service is activated, delivered, or accessed, except in the following circumstances:
If the subscription was not delivered or activated within the promised delivery timeline due to internal error.
If there are technical issues preventing access to the purchased service that cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe.
If the product or service is materially different from what was advertised on our website.
Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of purchase, and will be reviewed by our support team. The decision to approve a refund is at the sole discretion of Indo Soul Harmony after internal verification.
For software services that include third-party integrations or vendor-managed licenses, refund claims must be directed to the respective vendor as per their terms.
Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 6–8 business days from the date of confirmation. The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment.
